    Registration is now closed.

    New schedule for 2016 includes an opening plenary and concurrent sessions on Wednesday June 1st in addition to sessions on Thursday June 2nd and Friday June 3rd. There will be no tours or Saturday scheduled events or sessions. Visit the program page for more detailed information.

    All sessions will be held at the Delta Ottawa City Centre located at 101 Lyon Street North, Ottawa, Ontario.

    RATES:

    Full conference rate includes:

    • All sessions and events from Wednesday June 1st to Friday June 3rd, unless otherwise indicated as a ticketed event.
    • Access to 10 topics curated by CLA and member advisers, feature presentations and awards recognition
    • Entry to the CLA 2016 Show Case Thursday
    • Opening reception Wednesday evening
    • Refreshment breaks on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

    Institutional members, please contact conference@cla.ca to take advantage of this offer. A special group code will be given to the Institutional Member Group Administrator to distribute amongst its members and all members will use this code when registering individually. Upon group registration closing, May 15th, Institutions will be invoiced for the number of registrations received under their institutional member group code. Payment must be made in full prior to the conference.

    No on-site registration is available for groups.

    ASSOCIATE MEMBER REGISTRATION

    If your organization is an Associate Member you may send one individual staff member using the CLA member rate. On-line registration is available for this category. All Associated Members registering under the Associate Member rate will be verified by CLA.

     

    Cancellation Policy
    Cancellations received in writing by May 2, 2016 will be refunded, less a $50 administration fee. Ticket events are not refundable. Refunds will NOT be issued after May 13, 2016.

    Substitutions
    Substitutions may be made before 29 May 2016, with written confirmation from the person registered. If you’re unable to attend the conference after registering, you may send someone in your place. Please note: If you are a CLA member and your replacement is a non-member, that person must pay any outstanding balance as a result of the difference in fees.
